Choice Cuts – kompilacja angielskiego deathmetalowego zespołu Carcass. Wydawnictwo ukazało się 24 maja 2004 roku nakładem wytwórni płytowej Earache Records^[2].

Materiał na albumie jest zbiorem utworów z wydawnictw nagranych w latach 1987–1995. Pierwotnie, premiera albumu była zaplanowana na rok 1999, jednak jego wydanie zostało opóźnione. Za produkcję odpowiada Colin Richardson. Dodatkowo, album zawiera wywiad przeprowadzony z perkusistą Kenem Owen'em.
