Hi!
[edytuj kod]Hello Orland, and welcome to Polish Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Thank you for logging in and for your contributions. I hope you like the place and you are going to stay. Our native language is Polish. If you feel you are stuck and need help, you can find answers asking any administrator or experienced Wikipedian (please note that in Polish Wikipedia there is a tradition of posting answers on the discussion page of the user we are talking to, except open discussions: such as votings, article talks or cafeteria).
You can also add this help template: {{pomocy|your problem here}} to your user page, and your questions are going to be answered shortly. Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- Babel Tower which allows you to find (also by a category) Wikipedians speaking foreign languages
- Cafeteria for our foreign guests is a place to discuss any issues in other languages (English preferred)
- Preferences allows you to manage your account (e.g. you can change your skin, or interface language)
- Help page - (in Polish)
Remember: in pl.wikipedia.org we trust only GFDL, CC and PD graphic licenses, which means we do not accept any fair use content (including screenshots).
Note for interwiki.py bot operators: get the bot flag before running the bot. Bots running without the status will be blocked. Put your request for bot flag.
Once again welcome to Polish Wikipedia, and don't forget to tell us about yourself :-)!

Hallo Orland, we have next Rubén Serrano? ;-) I nominated this article to delete. Best regards. Gytha (dyskusja) 18:06, 9 gru 2008 (CET)
- Thank you very much! Good to see some resolute action against spamming. Together with Serrano, you can also look at "my first case": Mehmet Murat İldan --Orland (dyskusja) 21:00, 9 gru 2008 (CET)
Hun you are?
[edytuj kod]That article is found in many languages does not mean that it is spam. Particularly as regards the persons or groups with multi-service training (probably longer than your life). article who wanted to remove himself translated from one language to another, so this is not copying and translation. at this in the main part is based on Wikipedia - the content is in one language but goes to many. So next time before you destroy someone's job to think a bit. - John Belushi -- komentarz 08:10, 9 lip 2009 (CEST)
- Hello, «John». I'm sorry I havn't been here for a while, so this reply is quite late. But, yes, I always «think a bit» before i contribute to wikipedia. And i disagree with you: when an article in spread to an unnormal quanity of languages it is almost certain that it is some kind of spam. I could be innocent spam (e.g. about someones hometown) or it could be (self) promotion way beyond signifacance in order to make a person look more important, as in the Balder, Serrano and Ildan cases. So I always «think a bit» before i launch an anti spamming campaign: is this harmful spam, abusing wikipedia for private purposes, or is it innocent enought to let go.
- You write «Probably longer than my life»?? What has that to do with this matter! It seems anyway as if I am older than you, as I'm born i 1966, I am an respected administrator at no:wp and has initiated several successful antispam campaigns across the wiki community (see en:User:Orland). Best greetings, --Orland (dyskusja) 23:49, 24 sie 2009 (CEST)

[edytuj kod]Our local curriosity is Kurów (powiat puławski), village most notable for having (probably) greatest interwiki number from all Polish towns and cities ;) User who achieved it (WP:POINT action) was later banned for trolling and offensive behaviur, but interwikis remained. --<A.J.>--<?>-- 23:48, 9 lis 2010 (CET)
- Yes, that was amazing. It is the hometown of Wojciech Jaruzelski, though!? Otherwise I could have deleted it in nn and no. Another impressing IW is Prawdziwy Kościół Jezusa. Bw from Norway; --Orland (dyskusja) 13:34, 10 lis 2010 (CET)
